Terrorists in - Gurkhas out according to Labour

Here is a typical tale which shows just how sick and perverse the UK immigration system is.

Hassan Tabbakh is a Syrian immigrant who was granted asylum in Britain in 2005 after claims of "torture". He was jailed after a trial in Birmingham found him guilty of preparing explosives to wage "jihad" against the country which gave him sanctuary. Read more here.

Contrast this with the tale of many brave, loyal Gurkhas who fought side by side with our own soldiers, winning 13 VCs. They are unable to settle in the UK because they do not show "significant ties" to the UK.

And a Syrian terrorist does show "significant ties"? (apart from wanting to blow us all up!)

This is just typical of the pro-Islamic anti-British forces mentality of the Labour government, first under Blair and now under Brown.

It is time to put those who fought for our country, and made sacrifices for us, before those who want nothing more than to wage "holy war" against us.
